I'm kinda having a friend problem. And I need your help!!! I am really close to one of my best friends. But lately I've been vacationing so I haven't seen her in a while, so whenever I Text her or call her to make plans it's "Oh I'm spinning the night with someone already.... Sorry maybe next time..." and this other friend is one of my friends too. I feel like a third wheel and I need advice on how to get back in this friendship. Any suggestions?! Please comment!

Friendship troubles-HELP :P

Heyy!!! its samantha#1!!! But i want YOU to help ME with something today... Here it is... Ok so my friend has been friends with a girl from school for YEARS and i know her too. But recently she has been rude to us. She said a few things on chat she would regret later, and i wont say what or who due to respecting her privacy, but then a few minutes later she said she was sorry, and that she was just cranky and tired. She mentioned that she didnt mean to say those rude things, and took them back like she didnt mean it. The following week she said some ugly things again, them apoligized unwillingly. I dont know what to say, or how to react. Whether to be her friend again, or not. Any suggestions?
